Dr. Geiss III M.D. & Dr. Taggart M.D. are Clinical Assistant Professors of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical University & all of our doctors are actively affiliated with Crouse Hospital & St. Joseph’s Trinity Health System. Dr. Geiss III MD serves as co-medical director for ConnectLife Syracuse & serves as a site inspector for the Eye Bank Association of America as a member of their Accreditation Board. Further, Dr. Geiss III, a Cornea & External Disease specialist, trained as Chief Cornea Fellow at the world-renowned University of Michigan’s Kellogg Eye Center, a top-10 U.S. Eye Hospital & world leader in Cornea Transplantation, Eye Banking, & Public Health.
